2tbsp Split Yellow Mung
1tbsp Rice
12 Fresh Tulsi leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric

Method

Step 1
Pressure cook dal and rice with turmeric and 3 cups of water until very soft.

Hand-tear Tulsi leaves and stir them into the hot congee.
Step 3
Cover for 2 minutes to let the oils infuse before serving.
